All about Sarah in 300 words or less:
Oh hey there. I’m Sarah Maloy, but I am not a professional fighter. Nor am I a costume designer.
I am however cited as a source on Wikipedia. Once, twice, three times* (a lady). I think that makes me famous.
Why am I Wikipedia famous, you ask? Because I’m working my way through school at Ohio (not State) University, studying journalism and snagging bylines at internships along the way.
Right now I’m living in Athens, Ohio, where I take classes, work as a waitress, intern in the external communications department of the College of Business, run the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism public relations account, edit Thread magazine, freelance for Billboard.com & Billboard.biz and occasionally sleep. As a freelancer, I write stories, use HTML to format articles in the content management system, pitch ideas, edit photos and do whatever else is asked of me.
In just a few months I will be finished with school. I’ll be packing my bags and moving to wherever life – and hopefully a job – takes me.
